When can you start?

Typically we will begin a newly contracted remodel within (8-12) weeks of a completed and accepted design.

How long will it take?

The average construction time for a first floor remodel is typically (6-8) weeks from start to finish.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer conventional financing as well as the highly sought after forecasted value and gap financing programs.

Do you secure the permits?

Yes, we provide permit procurement and expediting service for any remodeling project that requires a permit.

Do you provide 3D drawings?

Yes, once contracted we produce 3D CAD renderings for your project. Additionally, we provide detailed construction plans for the municipality and trades alike.

What are your showroom hours?

Our bath showroom is private and open by appointment only. We typically meet clients in the showroom after our initial in home consultation.
